Status details

The table below describes the Status details quick action and gives practical advice on how to use it.

Action How does it work?
Status details The Status details quick action lets you look at the conditions the content was checked against in the content status scheme used in the space. You can also see all properties stored by the app for the content, as well as raw information to diagnose any problems.
Open ancestor This action opens the ancestor page from which the current page inherits its status. It is available only if the actual content status originates from an ancestor.

Example
Depending on the applied content status scheme, a page's effective status may be determined by one of its ancestor pages rather than by the content itself. Without this quick action, identifying the responsible ancestor typically requires manually checking multiple pages up the content hierarchy.

Effects
The ancestor page from which the status originates is opened. Whether the status is inherited from the direct parent or a higher-level ancestor, this quick action lets you jump straight to the source page.
